I am a passionate craftsman who enjoys working with his hands, I specialize in woodworking and furniture design. I have been building models, drawing, and conjuring ideas since I was a little boy. I started woodworking in 2000 at Kellenberg Memorial High School. I studied Mechanical Engineering at Polytechnic University in Brooklyn, NY. Later I apprenticed for an artist at the Brooklyn Navy Yard, where I worked for and alongside Palo Samko, Karol Cylwik, Stefan Rurak, and Jeff Martin. I was always surrounded by great mentors who taught me by example their failures and success. "Quality over Quantity" was something my gym coach taught me and I'll never forget.
"When buying from an artist-maker, you are buying more than just an object. You are buying hundreds of hours of failures and experimentation. You are buying days, weeks, and months of frustration and moments of joy. You aren't just buying a thing. You're buying a piece of a heart, part of a soul, a moment of someone's life. You are buying the artist more time to do the thing they are passionate about."
